Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Strive purchased 2,000 Bitcoin between September 28 and October 2 for approximately $169 million, Decrypt and Bitcoin News reported. The regulatory filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission shows the firm paid an average purchase price of about $84,422 per coin. [1][3]
The transaction marks the largest acquisition of digital assets by Strive in four months, Decrypt reported. The company previously made a major purchase between May 23 and June, acquiring 2,500 Bitcoin to bring its holdings to 19,000 coins at that time. [1]
