Perpetual futures contracts for SEI, the native token of the Sei blockchain, have begun trading in the United States on OG.com Markets. Cryptonews.net, The Defiant, Crypto Briefing, The Crypto Times, Pluang, and Crypto Economy all reported that the dollar-settled derivative offers leveraged exposure to the asset on a venue regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. OG.com Markets is an exchange operated by the North American Derivatives Exchange. [1][2][3][4][5][6]

Cryptonews.net reported that the exchange self-certified the derivative contract on 8 October 2026, targeting a listing date of 12 October. Official records from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission product register show the submission as certified. An exchange trade log from 16 October recorded two 100-SEI executions occurring at 4:54 a.m. Eastern Time. [1]

The derivative contracts have no expiration date, which permits market participants to maintain long or short position exposure without rolling over into new contracts. The Defiant reported that the derivative features a minimum order size of 100 SEI and calculates funding rates every eight hours. Cryptonews.net added that retail and institutional client access is routed through the exchange platform. [1][2]

The addition places SEI alongside established digital assets offering regulated perpetual futures in the domestic market. According to reports from The Crypto Times, Pluang, and Crypto Economy, SEI joins Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana on the platform. Pluang noted that the exchange also supports regulated perpetual contracts for XRP. [4][5][6]
