Six additional corporate issuers have filed objections to having their equity listed on a planned tokenized stock venue managed by cryptocurrency exchange OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, Decrypt reported. An updated public notice dated Friday named Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems, Marvell Technology, Arm Holdings, Moderna, and Intuit as the latest companies opposing the platform. [1]

The additions bring the total number of objecting firms to 22, according to Decrypt. The total grew from nine companies on Oct. 15 and 16 companies on Oct. 19. Decrypt reported that earlier objectors to the platform included Microsoft, Alphabet, Goldman Sachs, Verizon, Broadcom, and UnitedHealth Group. The public notices did not clarify the specific reasons for the corporate objections. [1]

Wells Fargo is a systemically important financial institution with about $2.0 trillion in assets as of mid-2025. Intuit is an American financial technology company founded in 1983 that produces software such as TurboTax and QuickBooks. As FTMQ Crypto reported earlier, the proposed venue created by OKX and Intercontinental Exchange relies on an innovation exemption from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Trading tokenized equity can result in executable prices that deviate from traditional stock market share prices, The Defiant reported. Execution prices can differ due to trading spreads, transaction sizes, and separate operational schedules for minting and redemption mechanisms across different trading hours. [2]
