Securitize confirmed that 12 tokenized United States stocks are live on the Solana network for eligible investors, according to The Market Periodical. The deployment occurred as the native Solana token traded near 105 dollars on October 23, remaining below resistance levels at 109 dollars and 110 dollars. The Market Periodical reported that the cryptocurrency lost ground throughout October while holding above the 100 dollar level. [1]

The SOL token entered the final week of October trading below its monthly opening price of 118 dollars, according to The Market Periodical. The token reached 124 dollars on October 2 before dropping to 100 dollars on October 18. Buyers maintained the price above 103 dollars during the week beginning October 19, but the recovery did not reach its monthly opening level, leaving the token down roughly 11 percent. [1]

The launch comes alongside broader institutional developments in equity tokenization and blockchain asset management. The Defiant reported that tokenized stock executable prices can diverge from the underlying share price due to spreads, trade size, and separate minting and redemption schedules. Meanwhile, 22 companies have objected to having their shares traded on a planned tokenized stock venue by OKX and ICE, Decrypt reported, after Wells Fargo, Cisco, Marvell, Arm, Moderna, and Intuit joined the list of objectors. [2][5]

Network competition for tokenized assets remains concentrated among major blockchains. 24/7 Wall St. reported that JPMorgan holds nearly 900 million dollars in tokenized funds across both Ethereum and Solana. At the same time, TronWeekly reported that Ethereum leads tokenized funds with 34.2 billion dollars, even as Benzinga noted Ethereum ETF outflows reached 1 billion dollars in October. [3][4][7]
